Please note:

• To be considered for the next season, you must update the form and select the appropriate menu for your show.
• Listing in the database alone does not guarantee consideration.
• You cannot change a show’s title once it’s in the database, as it’s linked to our box office system.
• If your show has a new title, is a sequel, or has changed significantly, you must submit it as a new production.
