A new date will be announced soon\, please keep an eye on our channels for updates. \nStay safe and warm\, and we look forward to welcoming you when conditions improve! \n  \nThe near future\, a time when both hope and hardships drive humanity to look to the stars and beyond. SUMMARY:Càrnan
DESCRIPTION:CÀRNAN is a rising Scottish indie folk trio with a funkier take on trad. The band blends lively accordion (Louden MacKay) and punchy whistle (Kenneth MacFarlane) with thunderous guitar and vocals (Arthur Brook Young) into a powerful\, driven sound.  \nDrawing on a firm connection to their roots in the Scottish Highlands in tandem with fresher inspirations from the likes of Silly Wizard\, Sharon Shannon and John Martyn\, CÀRNAN brings a raw uniqueness to each performance; most recently in May 2025 a debut at SkyeLive festival and a support gig with the legendary East Pointers in The Tunnels. \nNamed after the Gàidhlig word for ancient stone cairns used to guide travellers through the wild Hebridean landscapes\, their music aims to ground\, move\, and connect.

SUMMARY:Behold Ye Ramblers
DESCRIPTION:From the voices of ramblers and campaigners to the songs and poetry inspired by past and current struggles\, “Behold Ye Ramblers” is a new play about The Clarion newspaper and the organisations formed by its readership\, including the famous rambling club\, The Sheffield Clarion Ramblers. Along with the Clarion Cyclists\, these early Edwardian pioneers promoted healthy outdoor pursuits\, organising expeditions across open moors and mountains whilst campaigning for the right to roam\, bringing them into conflict with landowners’ hunting and shooting activities and laws that prioritised private property over the wellbeing of others.
